Spiritual/ Cosmic Insight Direction

The universe is always community. Often we cannot, seem or understand when we remember dreams, see numbers or symbols repeatedly or experience a number of "coincidents".  These are some of the many ways our lives are preparing for shifts. We help with sorting and meaning making in those moments. PMI utilzies the breathe of spiritual discipline and insight to help you naviagate your life landscape.

My Story

I am a mother of 2 biological children and of 5 children not of my womb.  Over many years, I claim and am claimed to be mon, Nana, TT, and Godmother to many.

I am a pastor by calling, gift, talent, skill, and training. I serve as a Spiritual Intersectionalist, Philosopher, Healing Theologian, and Public Practitioner of Wholeness. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing, peace, and transformation emerge through intentional relationships—with ourselves, one another, creation, and the sacred.

Her primary modalities of wellness and spiritual practice include conscious breathing, meditation, prayer, sacred engagement, mindful living, lifelong learning, and acupuncture. As a meditation mentor and spiritual guide, Rev. Graves helps individuals and communities cultivate practical, accessible practices that support emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being. Participants often experience greater calm, centeredness, stress reduction, improved focus, lower blood pressure, pain management, and a deeper sense of connection to life.

In a world continually adapting to rapid social change, collective stress, and post-pandemic realities, emotional and spiritual resilience have become essential. Rev. Graves teaches meditation and contemplative practices as tools for personal renewal, healthy communities, and compassionate leadership.

Rev. Graves is a graduate of the University of Kansas, St. Paul School of Theology, and the International University of Metaphysics.
